# Helper Tool
Our support tool scans your system to check for settings that may cause issues. We highly recommend using it, as it helps identify problems quickly and makes the setup process smoother.

When receiving support from the Ghost Cheats team, you may be asked to `export` your latest scan. To do this, click **Request Support** in the tool and send the ID.
